IT ADMINISTRATOR

​IT Administrator

Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), a leading community mental health provider in northeast Ohio, is seeking an IT Administrator to join our team. The role will provide direction for CBHC’s technology strategy and support business development. The IT Administrator must be knowledgeable in all aspects of computer support, be detail oriented and must possess strong communication skills.
 
Full-time or flexible hours and highly competitive compensation.

The position will be responsible for CBHC’s infrastructure which includes VMware vSphere Hypervisor running multiple instances of Windows 2008 R2 and SQL.  The position will be responsible for server maintenance and backup onsite and offsite, end-user computer setup, troubleshooting and maintenance.  Other responsibilities include:
  • Oversight of servers, directories, wireless services, backups, and personal devices.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, hardware, and software.
  • Document system performance, debugging, and other program requirements.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Self-starter who is detail-oriented, well-organized and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with computer information systems including security, networking, server maintenance, software application management and support within a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users.
  • Experience in general operating systems, systems integration, interfaces, healthcare IT and disaster recovery management is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to HIPAA regulations and health information-applicable state regulations desirable but not required.
