The Manager will work closely with management to support organizational initiatives and recruitment as well as directly assist employees with traditional human resources requests.

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
At least three years HR experience required with healthcare experience preferred.
SHRM-CP credential preferred.
Serve as a primary point of contact on employee’s questions and support requests.
Perform full cycle recruitment – from posting jobs, conducting candidate screening, collecting feedback, performing background and reference checks, completing to extending offers.
Ensure employment and clinical credentials are collected and verified.
Complete new hire onboarding and welcome orientation.
Work with PEO on benefits enrollment and other benefits administration.
Review employee complaints, help facilitate action plans to resolve issues and ensure concerns are accurately and timely documented.
Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Maintain HRIS records and generate reporting from employee database.
Assist with performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
Review compliance with federal and state employment and safety regulations.
