CBHC’s Board Certified clinicians provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and pharmacological services.
Our doctors work collaboratively with our clinicians, counselors, CPST Specialists as well as other caregivers in the community, to provide holistic mental healthcare. Pharmacological services include medication education and ongoing monitoring to evaluate symptoms and reduce potential side effects.
Licensed and experienced counselors are available to provide psychotherapy services to help clients deal with depression, stress, anxiety, mood-related disorders, behavioral problems and family/relationship issues. Behavioral health counseling is available individually or in a group setting.
Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) / Case Management
CPST services, or case management, include coordination of rehabilitative, educational and supportive interventions. Our CPST Specialists work with clients in a community setting to improve their personal and social functioning, learn daily living skills and coping mechanisms to handle stress and anxiety.
Our CPST Specialists collaborate with clients to develop a comprehensive treatment plan that promotes each client’s personal goals in such areas:
- Physical and Mental Health - Education - Employment - Income and Money Management
- Health Behaviors - Accessing affordable housing and other programs - Family and Social Functioning
Services also include client advocacy and linkage to a wide range of community resources such as other healthcare providers, government programs and non-profit services.
