Under the direction of the Director of Finance, you will learn the fundamentals of a growing healthcare business while being trained for high-level responsibility. General responsibilities will include:
Training in all aspects of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Preparing monthly financial reporting on A/R.
Preparing and processing healthcare claims to Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurances.
Serving as the point person for all billing questions with service providers and insurers.
Helping process bi-monthly payroll.
Keeping accurate records in accordance with company standards.
Performing other duties as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics or related field
Well organized, analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to prioritize, time-manage and multitask
Deadline and detail-oriented
Highly numerate with excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills
Commitment to community-based healthcare services
