Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), a leading community mental health provider in northeast Ohio, is seeking a motivated professional to help formulate the organization's technology strategy and lead process integration. This is an ideal position for a young professional who is interested in serving at-risk communities while learning the fundamentals of a growing healthcare business.
The position is both operational and strategic and would involve managing our various technology services which currently include: EMR, telehealth, HIE (health information exchange), patient intake + document signing, patient payment and remote communications. The role will provide direction for CBHC’s growth strategy and support business development.
The Manager will also be responsible for CBHC’s infrastructure which includes VMware vSphere Hypervisor running multiple instances of Windows 2008 R2 and SQL. The position will be responsible for server maintenance and backup onsite and offsite, end-user computer setup, troubleshooting and maintenance. Other responsibilities include:
Oversight of servers, directories, wireless services, backups, and personal devices.
Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, hardware, and software.
Document system performance, debugging, and other program requirements.
Self-starter who is detail-oriented, well-organized and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Experience with computer information systems including security, networking, server maintenance, software application management and support within a healthcare setting.
Ability to follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users.
Experience in general operating systems, systems integration, interfaces, healthcare IT and disaster recovery management is highly desirable.
Exposure to HIPAA regulations and health information-applicable state regulations desirable but not required.
